Now I`m gonna start makeing a infosite about Marya Roxx AlbumPayback Time!But i don't open it Coz!First i wanna wait till the album is realesed!Second i wanna know is this okay!And Third i wanna make it to best info site,to get a experience by klicking!:-)

Would that be the same scrolling text that looks exactly like that on Marya's Official website :-p
It looks cool Rene :-) But I do have to say the scrolling text looks far to like Marya's site and you have Marya's myspace graphic on there :-(

I know its the same scrolling text!But its only for now!!
And is this a problem with the graphic?i made something other on the graphic is this so okay or not?!
Hmmm as far as I can make out from the official posts on this it ISN'T ok to use any of the official graphics in anyway what so ever. Even if they are modified.
You've done some cool artowrk lately so you do have the ability to make something else (unless they weren't your original ideas of course lol) So In my opinion it would be better to not use any of the official graphics in anyway and to make you're own. Plus don't forget to make a domain name that doesn't sound official as well. I'm sure frankie touched on this in another thread.. People who search for Marya will find these sites and IMO it isn't good for people to find them and think they are Official because the look is familiar. Hope that came across as I meant it to :-D

you're not allowed to use any copyrighted things and publish them as long as you don't have that right from the copyright owner,no matter if it maybe music,graphics,logos,photos,etc.
it's good if you support marya but do in in a legal way!!!

I think the same as Deb, Coolvibes has oodles of ability to make a really cool personal website for Marya as a fan WITHOUT copying anything original. I understand his difficulty in a certain way - it's so "normal" nowadays everywhere else to just copy whatever you want in the internet. Some websites allow this (for example a Kristen Stewart website I use a lot) by putting the website name permanently at the bottom of all photographs, videos etc. That way it's always clear where they come from. They also increase security by requesting an additional code at log_in. Perhaps some of these measures are the way to go for us here? As for the coolvibes website, I think with his fantastic computer abilities he could do something amazing which is completely his own creation. Hope that came across as intended! :-)

I`m sorry, that I have to say this to you, but...
I by myself don`t like the concept of your page. I don`t wanna hear Marya`s songs or short cutted parts actually.
I want to be surprised and getting smashed by the full songs on the album, when it is released and I can put it in my stereo and raise the volume high. :guit1:
The surprise would be dead, if I would know the songs now.

OMG I just checked the site again Cool Vibes and see you have the track listing there and clips :shock: This really isn't good. It will take away from the impact Marya needs when she releases the cd.

I want to add one thing:
coolVibes, my opinion is nothing against you or your idea to get people to listen to Marya`s songs.
But it`s just like you would give children a written list of their christmas presents in november.
They don`t have place to make their own mind about, what they maybe get.
(And that`s only the one side... On the other side are the copyrights and so on...)

yeah u are all right about the site...cool vibes u should and u must take the songs down...as Frankie said if Marya didnt let u to put her songs, then u cant do that...
unfortunately i can only agree with whats been said.
Rene try to see it this way.....there is a reason why Marya hasn't put them on her own site, if she doesn't want them on her own official sites then she definately doesn't want them elsewhere.
I hope you understand what has been said hun.

It seems he's stopped posting here for some reason...
i think marya waits with selling her new cd until she found a record company and distributors.
why should you already advertise and review a cd if it ain't available yet for fans? ok she already sold it on her tour but who knows why? maybe just to make her biggest fans who showed up happy and the rest will have to wait until if officially gets released.
and that's why nobody else should publish any of her new songs until the cd gets officially released or until marya wants us to spread her songs around.
check the "copyright laws" - thread for a similar story...

Yes, I heard about that. However I know of at least one fan who bought the cd even though she had a pirated copy. :-)
This website is in breech of copyright and has to be removed ASAP.

Ok Me i Believe You!:-) Because all People Make Mistakes and i think you didn't do it for a bad reason! But Don't Do That Again! Cause Marya Will Get Really Sad If You Continue To Spread Her songs in sites or in youtube..:-) Btw Glad To see You Back:-):-)
Rene if you are unsure about what you can add and what you cant please ask someone who knows about this maybe even admin before you do it, that way threads like this wont become all about copyright and more about what a great site you have created, we all wanna see you create a site that you can be proud of but it isnt good if you are having to be told publicly about taking graphics and music etc.
It is always better to check before you do it, than do it and upset other fans and more importantly Marya!! I'm sure you are just trying to help Marya so make sure you are doing it in a way she will approve of.

Ok now the coming soon graphic is on...when every is realeased graphics changed and all i do more..:roll: i felt bad for this mistake but i say it at the begining of this thread that i dont wanna open it before reales.....

what means "till all is right"? even when the cd will be released you are not allowed to use marya's songs on that site unless she allows you to do so.
it's not a question of if the cd is officially released or not,it's a question of marya giving you her O.K. for using the songs or not!!!!!!!!!!

I remember when I had 1 st site in 2005-06. It was about Maarja in lithuanian and before i opened it I knew that I can't put full songs, and graphics from official site. This must be very clear for people who do sites.
Well, you can't put 30 sec. files of music from payback time for advertising new album. You should put links to encourage people to buy CD and not to download ;)
