My hubby downloaded LaFee's album Shut Up, wow was i impressed!!!
She is a very talented singer/songwriter, the album Shut Up has blown me away!
I would say she is metal, rock with attitude!! i love it!
Hard to pick a fave i have only listened to it a few times, but Shut Up single is my fave at the minute.
This woman has talent, i am now looking forward to seeing not just Marya, but LaFee also. I would love to see both Marya and Lafee on the radio and getting airtime in the UK, i think they are superb! Instead half the time the radio plays shite!
These women have enormous voices, raw talent and kick ass attitude, that comes across in their voices and mucic.
Anyone who does not have Lafee's album, i think its brilliant, all English spoken songs, download was £7.99.

i think that may be the case Deb lol from what i have read on Lafee's official forum, english versions are only a recent thing, and even then not too many songs, i'm not sure there's a translator that works quick enough to help out at gigs lol

and we are going to Germany :hehe: so i guess we should expect them in German too ;-)

lafee usually sings in german,she just brought out one album with english versions of some of her songs so i expect that during the tour most if not all of her songs will be in german

Thank you very much, LaFee! Now I know about Maarja because I was on your Concert =D I like LaFee as well as Marya Roxx. But I thought that marya diddn't do any mistakes, but LaFee sang two same verses lol. But Never Mind! The whole Concert (in Erlangen, where I met Deb, too =D) was great! I was on the Last LaFee Concert, too. It was... let me see... It was the 7.12.2007 the "Jetzt erst Recht" Tour. It was my first concert and it was amazing, too. But this time, there were Marya, so it was muuuuch better! AND: Marya gave Autogramms, but LaFee havent give any one... On the 7.12.07 we only get from from her Guitarist Ricky Garcia... But: It Was Great!

of course we all here like marya much better than lafee but you have to think of the possibility that on this tour you can also meet marya in person at every concert,get stuff signed and make photos with her. once she is famous and has her own headliner tour i doubt that you will meet her in person that easily. i have been at hundreds of concerts and i can't remember that the headliner ever came to the merchandise booth after the show. so in the future you might regret that you didn't see her live on this tour.

Wow, that's a high price for a meet and greet, and i thought ours with ML last year were alot lol.

I didnt look at it that i was paying lafee, i saw it that i was buying a ticket to see Marya and show her support.

I didnt see enough of Lafee to post a real opinion but it sounded ok, but i will say this....please think first about what you say about Lafee, remember that this is her tour and it is a great thing for Marya to be part of, also read your post before posting and think how you would feel if someone posted that about Marya, remember we have alot of new fans here and alot of them are because of this tour :-)

Well put Frankie! I can say pretty much the same thing! Basically, once a star is made, the security risk is way too great for going to a booth as Marya has been doing... I have also been to countless concerts and have never seen the main act come out for signatures. In fact, even at festivals with many bands I haven't seen it. The one and only exception was Kittie last year in Lucerne - they did a few autographs off the stage (literally) and made some fans very VERY happy! :-)

I know that ;-) But how can I do that with 15 Euro a month? I don't have any incomes ;-) I told you, that my mum don't support me when I have my exams in the moment :hmm:
But luckely I have the CD now thank you so much again:-D Thats where my money went to:cool:

as for the income do a holiday job or something else for a short while where you can earn money because "spare in der zeit dann haste in der not"

but i understand for some people it's just not possible,e.g. if you live in another country far away,etc. so just try to be there next time,already start saving money now.

for me personally concerts are the most important thing i spend my money on. so i better don't go on holidays,i don't party,i don't smoke,etc. and therefore i'm able to see many concerts. liveshows also have a fixed date,you can't go to marya,lafee,bon jovi or whoever and tell them "please come back next month when i have money,tomorrow i have no time for you,etc." that doesn't work. a show is fixed from the time and usually you already know about it months in advance,either you go at the day of the show or you don't see it. many other things could wait,if you wanna go to the cinema and watch a movie,you can do that next week or next month too. if you wanna buy a new computer you can do that later,if you wanna party at the weekend you can still party one week or month later,you want new clothes? you can always buy new clothes,you smoke-well smoke is a waste of money anyway,if you only smoke 10 cigarettes a day and you would stop smoking you can go to a concert every month,you send out 10-20 sms everyday to friends,just send half of them and you safe enough money for a concert,etc. etc. etc.

what i simply wanna say is that many people waste their money on things that are not important and when they need money for something important they don't have it. my advice,specially for the younger fans here,really take care where to spend your money,you might not be able to make much money but you can always deceide on your own how to spent it.

Your really right! I'm starting to get private lessons for a pupil at my school, which is not good in English. So I will get money, soon.:-) And then I will spend it only for Marya, hehe:-D
My savings I had over the years are for a liecence, which I try to make in the summer. I'm not a person who spend my money out! Hm, well I'm like to do shopping,buy CDs and so on but I don't smoke or spend money for unimportant things!

I am 100% the same Frankie, i have always spent every spare penny on going to gigs ever since i was old enough, to me the high of a night out at a gig is worth far more than anything else that can take my money (but now i have kids lolol so some money goes to them instead now :hehe:)

Very good advice indeed, Frankie. On one point I don't quite agree - the smoking being "a waste of money". I smoke because it really helps me to calm my nerves, to cope with stress, which I unfortunately have a lot of, along with very little sleep. So, in my case, it is money well spent. Just wanted to make this point - of course for many others it may indeed be a waste of money, especially if they don't have a good income and so on. And also for those of a younger abe your advice would be correct. :-)

everyone has an outlet, some smoke, some drink, some party, i write poetry lol
My partner and my mum smoke, but they are considerate around my children, unfortunately some people need the smoking ban to force them to be considerate of others, but i have my vices too so i am not judgmental of people who smoke, i just like people to think of those that choose not to smoke.

Well I have to say after hearing and partly seeing 20 Lafee shows during May I cannot get the songs out of my head:hehe: I have no idea what the wotrds are lol but they have all really grown on me. I also think Lafee is really cool for the young kids. I can't think of any other artist that has this kind of following for the kind of music she has. So different to the likes of Miley Sirus (sp?) etc... I think It's great that the kids are getting into this kind of music at such a young age and it's also something they share with their parents. I witnessed many families enjoying these shows together :-) IMO Lafee is very cool.

After seeing what I have for the last 4 weeks it kinda dissapoints me to read some of the negative stuff about Lafee. Lafee has given Marya a huge opportunity. Without Lafee we wouldn't have had the 20 shows a lot of us have just seen :cool: Plus as has been said here there are Lafee fans on here as well now who like both Lafee and Marya :-)

Lafee, her band and crew all rock big time and I for one am very greatful for the opportunity they have given Marya this tour :rockon:
