Charity Auction Dec 2008

John is in the process of adding this months auction :santa_cool:

It's a very special one for Christmas. John is getting Meat Loaf and all the band to sign a holiday Drum Head. It's the head from 'Sieze The Night' Gong Bass Drum that John has been using since the beginning of the Bat III tour :santa_cool:

You can see the signatures he has so far along with pics of each band member signing it on his website on the auction pages. Meat, Kasim and Paul will sign it today I think :santa_green:

John had a very cool added bonus to the collection at sound check in NJ last week. Peter Criss from Kiss stopped by and signed the head for John :cool:

Well, something this cool is bound to cost a bit... :-) I have some really cool memorabilia and the good stuff costs... In this case at least it's not just for someones profit, so it'll at least feel good to whoever the winner will be. I guess it's rare for the seller to have zero self-interest!

Yep, it is certainly a great thing John is doing and i agree on the cost, it just doesnt help those with families lol, but that's my choice :-p i wont hold against whoever wins if i dont lol

i'll just go and pay them a friendly visit at the early hours of one morning, and relieve them of that awesome item ;-)

John is truly one the most unselfish people I have ever met. He is getting so much pleasure out of helping these kids. It really is so cool this money is going to them, Unlike that idiot that sold the sticks the other month for all that money to go in his pocket :santa_devil: In comparison this auction isn't that high really. What were they $200 just for the sticks? This has the head with all them cool sigs and the pics of them signing, plus a pair of sticks :santa_thumb_up:

Sure is! What a price! I noticed that the better Twilight autographs are going for a similar price on Ebay. I was lucky enough to get a really good one with all the signatures for less money. A little X-mas present to myself! :-)
