hi i'm frankie from germany
i'm 42 years old and used to be a rockmusician myself,i played drums in many bands and even lived in los angeles (=maryatown) for a while
rock'n'roll is my religion,i love to listen to my fav bands,i love to go to liveconcerts and once again i was a musician myself who plays drums and write lyrics
but i'm also interested into the business related topics like music and copyright laws,management,stagedesign,special effect creation,etc.
besides of music i'm a healthfreak: don't drink alcohol,don't smoke,don't do drugs,am a vegetarian,sports,meditation,massages,etc.
right now i have my own little business and give wellness massages
i like: music,friends,nature,animals,traveling,reading,los angeles+las vegas,sunny weather,long hairs
i dislike: stupidity,cold weather,liars,shitty music

Well the dislike of cold weather is covered brave lol. I also hate liars... bulls#### and lies are my worst hates in the world and unfortunately something I seem to be a magnet for both :evil: I'm a bit more easy going on stupidty though as I guess people can't help that one as much :hehe: define stupid music :-p One persons stupid would be another persons wonderful maybe?

No I wish I did Alex. Dominic has tried to teach me, but my brain wont take it in lol.
Some of my best friends in the world are German. I love them more than a lot of English people :hehe: I've also made a lot of great new friends through Marya who are German as well :cool:

google translate already in the same order which is in the orther language, too.
it translates word for word
you must already puzzle the words, but there meaning you can get by Google translate :-)
well deb i said nothing of real interest,there's just this german saying "hier liegt der hund begraben" and the word by word translation doesn't get the real meaning,the translation says "here the dog got burried" but the meaning is "it's boring here,nothing's going on"

That's a good idea Frankie :-D I have lots of friends who visit here and go to the same gigs as me, but with 2 small children i am unable to do the same :hmm: i would love to be able to go to different countries and see different gigs/artists, maybe when my children are a bit older :-)

well if some germans among themselves talk german it's ok i think even though i have no problem talking english to anyone here.
but deb,when we talk german we usually don't talk about you so you don't really need any translations (unless you work for the MI6 and wanna spy on us,haha)

I for one am very glad you guys can speak english well, i think the english are terrible for speaking other languages, usually forgotten after leaving school :hmm: i can remember the basic stuff from my french and german classes but not much that would help me in the real world i think :roll:

well english is an international language and if you often hang out online and chat with your friends-like here-it's a good practice,it's also an easy language to learn. unfortunately estonian isn't
totally agree..i speak english but here i can say i practise them and i can speak ore easily and faster..yes i check to learn estonian but are very difficult...i think my language greek its difficult too!
