Those who watched this have any comments?

My main observations were I didn't like the assistants accent :hehe:

I think I haven't watched it yet, wasn't prepared to watch it then wait a week for the second part (impatient git me) so will watch it New Yrs day followed by the death scene, which I'm not really looking forward to especially as our 3yr old now says "Dr Who" whenever she sees him on telly and it'll be difficult having to explain a new one!!!

interesting story,i really liked the idea with the wormhole travelling and the metallic stingrays looks fantastic. of course the dersert fits perfectly to me too,haha :santa_haha:

as for the assistant,i think you can't really call her an assistant,to me this was a rather companionfree episode with a good idea behind it

M this was the Easter special lol.... Not christmas days which I waflled / moaned about in the normal Dr Who thread.... started this one cause Anji said you hadn't seen christmas special yet :hehe:

Really liked this one, excellent story and guest companion was brilliant though not as good as Kylie lol

Didn't like this one, but a dr who show has to be pretty good for me to like it.

Thought the whole idea, story, acting was all a bit too ridiculous (which i do realise that's the point of Dr Who lol, it was just a bit too far beyond for my liking ;-) )

As far as the assistant goes, i couldnt help being reminded of many boring evenings back at my mums being forced to watch Eastenders :coffee: really don't like that girl!
