Hey everyone! I saw an interesting thread in another forum, entitled "Say something about yourself". What it means is that you can say anything at all about yourself here. For instance what you love, what you hate, what you wear, what you think...the possibilities are endless!!!

So, I'll make a start: I love smoking and hate all the "do-gooders" in government who pretend that they're looking after our health when in fact they're only looking for good ratings and a fat wage. I hate the government cutting away at our liberties in the name of some good.

Today I was really annoyed at some useless drivers.

i also hate two faced people,and deceit and lies,a lot of what i have round me at the moment.

i must add i hate politicians as they are full of lies and deceit and earn a big fat wage for doing it

I do make a stand WHATEVER the consequences, I'm not prepeared to pretend with friends. I'd rather not have them at all than have to do that :-p Lou is one who can vouch for this lol. We started off as sort of enemies lol, but now she is my 'adopted' daughter and has been for 4 yrs now. She knows she will always get the truth from me, she may not always like it :-p but she does like the fact she knows where she is with me. I love her loads and would do anything for her. Same goes for Kat. We've been through our share of crap, but I know here inside out and love her anyway, same goes for her with me lol.

Sometimes going through crap with friends makes you closer and this has been the case most of my life. I've found it's usually better to get things out in the open and clear the air. usually this makes for better friendships and understanding. I stress the USUALLY lol. Unfortunately this doesn't always work as I have found recently, but hey even good can come out of these situations :-D

Seems we all hate the same things in people... yet there are still soooo many out there who are all the things we hate. Some are easier to spot than others though :-p

Sadly I believe the 2nd part. It really does get some ahead in life. Plotting, cheating, lying, manipulating... the list is endless. But I;d rather get nowhere and be me anyday. Those who choose to go the crap route are welcime to all they get from it. One day it'll catch up :witch_smiley: Very shitty advice frankie.

Also giving people the truth all of the time gives those who want to abuse your trust and friendship all the ammo they need to play their sick games :chainsaw: Another draw back to being honest. but again I'd rather be true to myself than lower myself to any of that bullshit.

Why should they be confined to their rooms and houses, Frankie? I see no reason why there can't be smokers lounges or separate rooms in bars, restaurants etc. where smoking is allowed. This can be clearly indicated, so anyone going inside knows that this will be the case.

i'm not a big tv and movie fan nevertheless i can really enjoy an excellent movie or a brilliant tv series.
i don't have a tv but i can watch certain series online and what i love about it is that i can chose when and how often i can watch episodes and another good thing about doing it online is there aren't any commercials.

and when you watch 2-3 episodes a day and you ran through a whole season within one week that's more intensive than to watch one episode per week,it's really different as you almost feel like you're part of the show or live inside this series-world.

and after i watched doctor who,torchwood and jericho in the past few months (never watched that much before in such a short time) i'm ready for some more,so if anybody has a good advice on a great tv series let me know!!!

I live in the same small town I was raised in and work in a small metal fabricating business. I am married and have 5 daughters, Some of you know about the radio show that I do on Hard Rock Radio Live
as far as what I like in music
I love hard core heavy metal and rock as long as the lyrics are understandable. I'm not a real big fan of death metal because of the growling and "cookie Monster" lyrics

Well Frankie, if you like the paranormal and science fiction, which seems to be the case, I suggest the following TV-Series:
"4400" - you will love this series! 4400 people are abducted by aliens and suddenly re-appear, equipped with unreal powers. Fantastic!
"Kyle XY" - superb science fiction about a "produced" person with special powers.
"Dark Angel" - about mainly one escaped lab human with super powers. This made Jessica Alba famous. You will love this.
"Veronica Mars" - extremely witty crime series, keeps you thinking all along.
"Criminal Minds" - absolutely superb psychological study of criminals with brilliant actors, unbelievably good script and great humour as well.
"NCIS" - The best of the "CIS" series with great characters.
"Heroes" - lots of super powers here and a very interesting story. Very much science fiction.
"LOST" - One of the most brilliant shows of all time with a fantastic cast and a story you will love!

That should keep you busy for a while! :-)

I jusr realised I didn't really write much about me other than to rant about bad people lol.. so here goes on some stuff about me :-p

I have 6 kids as most of you know, who I love more than life itself even though the older 4 can be a pain in the bum most of the time :devillaugh:

I'm a neat freak, I can't stand clutter, a place for everything and everything in it's place...

I HATE DOG POOH (nobody knew that did they :hehe:)

I have a severe phobia of rodents :shock:

I give 1000% to everything I do (not always a good thing)

I don't know how to give up (also not always a good quality) or how to say no for that matter.

I am a VERY good friend. But that has it's down sides as I also expect people to be the same back and unfortunately everyones levels of friendship are different :-(

I am very forgiving. I can get past ANYTHING as long as what ever it is gets cleared up and I understand why.

I will help ANYONE to the point of thinking lately that I actually need therapy lol.

I do like to clear the air and speak about things, I don't do bottling things up at all well. Now I know why people whow do are generally the ones to go nuts or are nuts...

I'm starting to wonder if I'm tolerant of peoples faults :hmm: Still working on that one lol.

I used to have tons of patience but that's wore thin over the yrs lol.

People have always told me I am very strong, lately I don't feel it, but I am feeling it coming back so who knows maybe it's still there buried underneath :-)

I'm not very ambitious. I just take life as it comes and go with what it gives me, but in saying that I don't just sit back and do nothing. I just don't have a game plan.
