Bedwetters is an Estonian pop punk band formed in September 2004. They were recognized in 2007 spring, by winning a contest of youth bands in Estonia created by the Zen mobile phone card.

For winning the Zen contest, the band got to make a music video what would be in MTV. Thanks to MTV Bedwetters was nominated in the MTV EMA Munich 2007 New Sounds of Europe category, and won the award, along with significant publicity. They performed live in front of millions MTV watchers.

The band plans to start working on their debut album soon with a planned release in early 2008.

On February 12th, the band released three new songs on their MySpace page. http://www.bedwetters.eu/

They sound cool. But am I the only one who thinks the name is funny? or doesn't the name translate the same in Estonian :hehe:

Very good but I do agree with the name, it would be interesting to see if they could get away with it here.

I'm sure when the Beatles first started out people thought their name was strange, so i'm sure its not just modern thing but bedwetters does seem particuarly strange lol
