Hey i have found 3 songs from marya (eternal friend,payback time, and one more...)What im hearing here with the time i think this is not allowed....
Hope others can help this thread....

Daario there are plenty of marya's other songs from the ep on yt to help promote Marya, this is breaking copyright and absolutely isnt legal.
These people might think they are helping Marya but in the long run they arent. If it helped artists as much as you seem to think it does then artists wouldnt be sueing yt all the time and making people take their videos down, if it helped them then they would let people keep putting these vids up.
The majority of people who stumble upon songs they like on yt just download the vids and convert the mp3s.
Oh, I see, I understand its illegal, but that wont stop ppl from doing it, unfortunatelly... :-(

Rene, i remember telling you that you couldnt make that a public vid at all :-(. Live vids are different as they are more likely to get people to future shows and the sound really isnt good enough for people to download and use. But when you rip a cd the quality is too good, and many fans who dont want to buy a whole album will just download the ones they like.

hey thats really sad about marya!only few fans has the cd and the bad thing is that they uploaded her music in youtube guickly! this is prohibited..i am so sorry 4 these persons..
it is so sad cause marya is making a big try to show her talent in music/singing and some of us are using her music like uploading videos with a great sound of her songs! and "sell" marya llike this.. sorry but this is destroying maryas music and career! this is really bad! what the f... is going on! i think marya should kick some asses!

Maryas management are dealing with this. So far there has been no repsonse from the owner of this account, hence we have no alternative but to take further action.

Instead of having to make your 'offending' videos private over and over again, maybe you should just delete them so as not to cause any problems. Better still just don't upload them to start with ;-) if you still don't undertsand I actually give up lol

i'm sure if you register there you don't need to mention your real name or? so "bob" is maybe someone completely different,but "alter" is the german word for "age" could it be that this shows this person is from germany or at least a country where german gets spoken? also the rest of the page is in german language by the way

Even what you suggest is unnacceptable, as it takes plays away from Marya's Youtube profile, record companies arent going to look through everyone who has her vids and count them all up, they will only take notice of Marya's own personal counts, so if everybody is watching the vids on someone elses account, then the important people who can help Marya's career go forward, won help, because they will think she isnt that popular.
I really and truly dont understand what is so difficult to understand about this.
I know some want to help but even when it's pointed out to them, they still carry on like it's not important.
This yt user will have to take them down in the end anyway regardless of wanting to or not, if Marya or her representatives get involved the vids will be taken down by yt
I agree Anji and they will be taken down one way or another. And if youtibe have to get involved then they do delete accounts for this. I for one wouldn't want an account delete after all the hard work put into them.
It really is cool so many want to help promote Marya, but those that think they are doing Marya a favour by doing this, really aren't unfortunately. If you read this thread and some of the others about this kind of thing you will see many valid reasons why this isn't good for Marya. If you really want to help Marya, then you could always become more active here and in the Street Team ;-)

'The person' who uploaded the videos has no choice in taking them down, If they don't then youtube will do it for them. Which often results in an account being deleted.
Marya's management do not like having to come down as heavy handed as this, but in cases like this there is no choice.

i dont know about anyone else but i would rather Marya's management were able to concentrate on getting her signed and booking more tours than policing youtube :-( It's a shame it got this far.

I saw that account was deleted but she / he created with slightly different name and I saw VN songs which are even stil not released (south america versions remixed by Broken Records International). I decided to send e-mail. Thanks to Deb now I also know that person who did this bad thing.
hello guys the vanillaninja account in youtube send me again today and he/she said to methat he gonna delete the videos soon..so dont worry..he/she told me that understand the problem he/she made..just put some comments below the videos to see that we are all pissed off...(just an idea)
Putting comments will count as hatemail to that account kostas lol. And they knew they weren't allowed to upload copyright stuff as they're last account was deleted lol. So the reply imo was just to fob you off. I'm sorry to say but I think this person really doesn't care. And will just lie to get what she wants :-( I guess I'm just far too trusting...
Also I'm pretty sure 99.9% of their last lot of vn vidoes had been taken down by youtube as me and Jas saw them the other night. Nearly every vn vidoe had removed due to copyright blah blah when you clicked them. I guess she see's a new account as being able to put them back :roll:

I can back that up unfortunately. I also saw the links from Vanillaninjas profile to her myspace, which quite clearly states she is vanillaninja1. This link has since been taken down. I'm not the only one who saw this link there either.
I wouldn't have posted this if this new account hadn't came to light as IMO they haven't learnt a thing, just trying more ways to get around the system :-( I also had faith this person would come clean, but I guess that wasn't to be :-(

well, i found another songs leaked on youtube (not marya roxx but VN this time) and im pretty sure it's the same person... channel name is vanillaninjaz
before there was vanillaninja1, 1vanillaninja. Isn't it too similar. The graphics of logo is also almost the same. I guess this person was lying that she has changed but i hope i'm wrong and thats' another person... but i'm pretty sure it's the same hypocritical person who was saying sorry and did it again...

yeah xD she lied to us. 1 st account was deleted, 2 nd account had deleted some songs because Hector Faune claimed them to Broken Records International. That Crashing through the doors song (south american edition) is even unreleased as far as i know so it's suprising that she have it.
